为适应新形势的变化，支持临床骨干人员继续加强与国际知名医疗机构的合作与交流，由陕西省国际医学交流促进会合作的北京华通国康公益基金会开通了“神经内科远程临床研修项目”，邀请美国乔治华盛顿大学医院著名神经内科专家团队通过远程在线的方式进行临床带教，帮助医务人员继续实现“海外临床研修梦”。本研修项目采取远程形式进行，每周学习2-3次。包括观摩病人问诊、临床查房、病例讨论、专题讲座等，并就专业领域问题与导师互动交流。

12月7日,第二期美国华盛顿神经内科远程临床研修项目的开班仪式顺利举行，来自中国8家医院选派的11名神经内科医生正式开启为期三个月的美国神经内科远程学习。开班仪式上，北京华通国康公益基金会陈冉理事长介绍了该项目的开展背景和意义，以及大家线上学习的目标和任务。陈理事长叮嘱学员们珍惜此次来之不易的学习机会，将所学所见所思带到各自的工作岗位，更好的服务于当地百姓健康。研修班学员纷纷表示，一定珍惜此次学习机会，遵守课堂纪律，多与海外专家互动交流，顺利完成三个月的线上研修学习任务。

The Second Session US Washington Neurology  Remote Clinical Observation Program Successfully Held

In order to adapt to the changes brought by the Covid-19 pandemic and support clinical backbones to continue to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with internationally renowned medical institutions, Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation(BHGF) has launched the "US Washington Neurology Remote Clinical Observation Program", which will invite the famous George Washington University Hospital’s neurology expert team provides online clinical teaching, helping medical professionals continue to realize their dream of participating in the overseas clinical observation. The program is designed for online, 2-3 sessions per week, including remote observing patients’ consultations, clinical rounds, case discussions,theme lectures, etc., and interacting with tutors on professional issues.

On December 7, 2020, the opening ceremony of US Washington Neurology Clinical Observation Program was successfully held. 11 doctors specialized in neurology selected from 8 hospitals in China formally started their three-month remote neurology learning with tutors from the United States. At the opening ceremony, Chen Ran, Chairman of the Beijing Huatong Guokang Foundation, introduced the background and significance of the program, as well as the goals and tasks of remote learning. Chairman Chen urged the participants to cherish this hard-won learning opportunity and bring what they have learned, what they have seen and thought to their work, and better serve the health of local people. Participants of the program said that they would cherish this learning opportunity, abide by classroom discipline, interact with overseas experts more, and successfully complete the three-month online training task.

The George Washington University Hospital was established in 1821. With the superb medical skills of its medical staff, different patients (visited guests from local residents and heads of other countries) can be assured each year. With advanced medical equipment and complete network coverage, it provides patients with innovative medical services in a warm and friendly environment.
